Platform Usage Guidelines

Welcome to ak8, an online gaming platform operated under a valid license. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding contract between you ("User", "Member", or "Player") and ak8 ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). This Agreement governs your use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by ak8.

By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any part of the AK8 platform, you expressly and voluntarily confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document. These terms also apply to all your interactions with the customer support team and all official communications between you and ak8.

AK8 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Required documents may include a national ID, passport, bank statement, or utility bill as proof of address. This KYC process is a standard security measure that protects you and the integrity of the platform.

Registering an ak8 account is free and open to all eligible individuals. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your full name, phone number, email address, and valid payment details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. AK8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support team immediately.

• Use a strong and unique password for your AK8 account.
• Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• Update your email address and phone number if any changes occur.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

AK8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of using false information, engaging in fraudulent activity, or violating any provision of these terms. In such cases, legitimate funds will be returned once the investigation is complete.

AK8 supports a wide range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for users in Malaysia, including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers. All financial transactions are processed through a secure system with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. There is no daily maximum deposit limit for regular members, while different limits may apply to new accounts depending on their KYC verification level. Deposits are typically credited to the account within 1–5 minutes after transaction confirmation.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed automatically within 5–15 minutes for e-wallet methods. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 30 minutes depending on the receiving bank. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.

• Funds deposited into the AK8 platform must be used for gaming purposes only.
• AK8 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet in your own name — transfers to third parties are not permitted.
• In the event of a failed withdrawal due to technical reasons, the funds will be credited back to your ak8 account within 24 hours.

AK8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, birthday offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover requirement) stated in each promotional offer.

General bonus terms and conditions are as follows:

• One bonus per offer: Each promotion may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements: Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. The bonus amount must be wagered at the stated rate (e.g. 10x, 15x, or 20x) before a withdrawal can be made.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will be automatically forfeited without further notice.

All games on the ak8 platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by qualified third parties. This ensures that every game outcome is fully random, fair, and cannot be influenced by anyone, including ak8 itself.

Sports betting is subject to the odds set at the time the bet is placed. Any odds changes after a bet is confirmed will not affect accepted bets. ak8 reserves the right to void bets where there is a clear technical error in odds setting.

• Game results displayed on the AK8 platform are final and binding.
• Any technical disruption or disconnection during gameplay does not entitle the player to reclaim their bet, unless it is proven that the error occurred on the platform's end.
• Bets placed after the actual outcome of an event is unlawfully known will be voided.
• Players are not permitted to use any software, scripts, or automated methods to influence or exploit the game system.
• Winnings resulting from an obvious technical error (e.g. incorrectly displayed odds) may be voided following an investigation.

To maintain the integrity of the platform and the safety of all players, certain activities are strictly prohibited at AK8. Violation of any of the following prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraud and Forgery: Using false information, fake identity documents, or unauthorized payment methods during registration or transactions.
• Money Laundering: Using the ak8 platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimize illegally obtained funds is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Bot and Automation Usage: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence technology to play or make betting decisions on your behalf.
• Unauthorized Advantage: Exploiting technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Illegal Collusion: Colluding or communicating with other players during live games to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Promotion Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or colluding with other players to fraudulently meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Threats and Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or causing harm to other players or ak8 staff through any communication channel.

We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all communications between your browser and our servers. Account and transaction data is stored in a secure server environment with strict access controls that are monitored at all times.

You may close your AK8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all account balances have been withdrawn. Any remaining funds after the closure process is complete will be returned via the last payment method used.

AK8 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process when requested.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Self-exclusion request on responsible gaming grounds.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, AK8 reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the internal investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms fraudulent activity, all funds in the account will be permanently forfeited.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the ak8 platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Liability Limit: AK8 shall not be liable for any indirect, unforeseen, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including technical failures, service disruptions, or loss of winnings due to disconnection. AK8's maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount of the player's most recent deposit.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising will first be resolved through direct negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to independent arbitration, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
